Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return Hardero for a full refund. This right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU where relevant to your location.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging;
• You must contact us within the 14-day window to initiate the return;
• Proof of purchase (order reference or confirmation call record) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@spinerinsing.world with your name, order reference and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.

5. Refund Processing

Because Hardero is soldwhere payment is cash on delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account you provide. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@spinerinsing.world with a description and, where possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
